When you're taking phone or email reservations, you can use the rental link. It enables your customers to fill in the necessary information and accept the rental terms and conditions prior they arrive to your shop. The benefit is that it is much faster to serve the customers, when they actually arrive to your shop.
1. You can send rental links from the New Rental page. Choose Reserve, select the products and rental duration, and click Send link to rental.
2. Fill in the necessary information and choose if the rental is going to be paid in advance or in-store when the customer arrives.
3. Once the link is sent the rental will appear to the Rentals page under the Bookings tab. If the customer fills the rental information and accepts the terms and conditions, the status of the rental changes to Confirmed. Otherwise it says Pending.
