You've learned that your customers would want to rent e.g. for 2 and 3 weeks. You would like to showcase these as possible rental intervals in your online and other channels. How to do it?

1 ) How to update pricing for individual product?

1. Choose "Products" > The Product of your choice > "Pricing".
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the pricing table you want to edit.
3. Add new row to the pricing table.

Example: Adding a "2 week" pricing increment with price of 120€.

  • Press "+ NEW PRICING ITEM", change time to 2 change period to "weeks" set Rental price to 120.
  • Press "SAVE" from bottom right corner.
  • Optionally: You can also define the channels, in which the price choice is shown. So you can for example limit that certain prices and increments are only shown in your online shop.

2) How to update a saved pricing table so that other products update also?

You might have a situation where multiple products uses the same pricing table. In the example above the product was using "Alpine Skis" pricing table as show in the top of the table.

If you would like that the changes you made to the pricing table will be reflected to other products using the same table, follow these steps:

Example: Adding a "2 week" pricing increment with price of 120€. And saving this to all products using the same "Alpine skis"-pricing table.

  • Press "+ NEW PRICING ITEM", change time to 2 change period to "weeks" set Rental price to 120.
  • Press "UPDATE ALPINE SKIS TABLE".
  • Press "SAVE" from bottom right corner.

Now the changes are reflected to all products using "Alpine skis" pricing table.
